2006 - 2007: Creative Manager.
Responsible for branding of BC. A new coherent external branding of the company was developed and implemented. Broste Copenhagen, emerged from Autumn 2007 with a contemporary identity, with clear references to the Scandinavian lifestyle.
Redgreen A/S
2005 - 2006: Design Manager
Temporary design manager for both Woman and Men.
Design of Redgreen Woman a total of 6 collections.
Development of "Supplier Guideline" manual.
Development of "How to measure" manual.
Development of new labeling for Woman and Men.
Restructuring of the design department.
Skagen Designs A/S
2005: Product and Marketing Manager.
Responsible for communication, structure and design of common routines with the U.S. head office, and for the development of marketing for the new exporting countries and facilitate information flow to them.
Magasin du Nord A/S
2002-2005: Kreativ manager for all departementstores.
Head of 7 creative staff members. Responsible for the development of concepts for Magasines' private label production, across all product categories and segments. Coordination of the departmentstore identity at 4 annual seasonal transitions' inc. catalogues and campaigns. Magazine had 13 pl-brands, all of which were redefined, re-conceptuated or created in this period in close cooperation with the purchasers and the creative staff. All brands where based on the same philosophy to be the cheapest alternative in its consumer segment.

2000- 2002: Concept and Design Manager
Responsible for the product - and company profile, in order to strengthen the product (brand), in the mind of the consumer. Design Manager for 3 designers.
Sand A/S
1998 - 2000: Designer of The Sand Basic collection & Design Manager
Responsible for the design, measurementcharts, and was also responsible for the design group for the purpose of deadlines, and planning as relief for Lene Sand. From 1999; Product Manager of all Sand products and Design Manager for 12 engineers and designers.
Mac Coy A/S
1996 - 98: Creative Buyer and Design Coordinator
Responsible for Trend analysis, Sales training, Concept, Design, Production and the Assortment strategy for 47 chain stores. Developed the brands Cité and Down Town.

1992-95: Teacher
Teacher in fashion design and construction. Lecturer at various Migros fashion events in Switzerland.
KS Selection Gmbh, DE
1988 - 1991: Head of Design
Developed the new Pret a Porte line, KS Selection.
